We offer a wonderful selection of authentic Disney merchandise including action figures, backpacks, dolls, games, jewelry, kids’ decor, and so much more! Every item is carefully selected to bring Disney magic into your home.
Are your products officially licensed Disney merchandise?
Yes! All our products feature authentic Disney characters and artwork. While we’re an independent retailer, we only sell genuine Disney-licensed products that meet Disney’s high quality standards.
Do you offer products for different age groups?
Absolutely! Our magical collection includes items perfect for toddlers through older children, with something special for every young Disney fan in your life.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders and save your information for faster magical shopping next time!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send you a link to create a new one. Don’t worry – even Mickey forgets things sometimes!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your Disney magic to you fast! If you need to make changes, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal – all the ways Mickey would approve of for purchasing Disney magic!
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information, just like the Fairy Godmother protects Cinderella’s secret!
Why was my payment declined?
This could happen for several reasons – insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank’s security measures. Please double-check your information or contact your bank. If you need help, our customer service team is happy to assist!
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two magical delivery options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipping
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after shipping

How long does order processing take?
We process all orders with Disney care within 1-2 business days before they begin their journey to you!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our Disney magic worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may need to pay customs fees – we include all necessary documentation to make this process smooth.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s magical journey from our warehouse in Gilbert, Arizona to your home!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items if the magic isn’t quite right. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll happily cover the return shipping to make things right!
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method – the pixie dust sometimes takes a few days to work its banking magic!
