Welcome to our magical returns policy! At Disney US Kids, we want every shopping experience to be as wonderful as a Disney fairytale. If your items didn’t arrive quite as perfect as you imagined (even Fairy Godmothers have off days!), we’re here to make things right.

💖 Our Promise: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging). Just like Cinderella’s glass slipper, we need everything to be perfect for the next prince or princess!

🧚‍♀️ How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange journey:

  1. Contact Our Fairy Godmother Team
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our magical template below to make sure we have all the pixie dust details we need!
  2. Wait for Your Return Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Don’t send anything back without this number or it might get lost in the Enchanted Forest!
  3. Package Your Items Securely
    Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Wrap it up tight – we want everything to arrive as safely as Simba with Rafiki!
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange. See below for refund timing details!

💰 Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional 2-5 business days to post the credit to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep the magic safe for all our princes and princesses, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hair Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (these are made just for you like a fairy’s wand!)
  • Items not in original condition (missing tags, damaged, washed, or showing signs of wear)

Note: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!”
