4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed with fairy-tale speed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered by EMS within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary for international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions).

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most regions except parts of Asia and remote locations. If we cannot ship to your area, we’ll notify you during checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Our Enchanted Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging).

• Personalized/custom items
• Items not in original condition

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
